Thank you for considering StoryTimeABC for your digital reading book club services. Our commitment is to provide a high-quality educational experience for kids aged 6-12. To ensure our services meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward Refunds and Returns Policy tailored to our digital offerings.

Overview

Given the nature of our digital services, this policy outlines the process for cancellations and refunds, rather than physical returns. Our goal is to maintain a balance of satisfaction between our valuable customers and our business needs.

Trial Period

  • 1 Free Trial Class: We offer a 10-minute free trial class for new subscribers. This trial allows you to experience our service firsthand. If you decide to cancel your subscription within this trial period, you will not be charged.

Refund Eligibility

  • After Trial Period: If you wish to cancel your subscription after completing the trial class but before any billing has occurred, here’s what you need to know:
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are available once the subscription fee has been charged. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billings.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription holders, a refund request can be made within 30 days of the initial subscription charge. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Fees for any period of the subscription already used are not eligible for a refund, with the exception of the conditions mentioned for annual subscriptions.

Initiating a Refund or Cancellation

  1. Contact Customer Support: To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at storytimeabc.teacher@gmail.com with your account information and reason for the request.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request against the policy terms and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
  3. Processing Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Fees and Costs

There are no additional fees for canceling your subscription or for processing refunds. Please note, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and we are not responsible for any charges or fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
