Welcome to StoryTimeABC.com. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StoryTimeABC website and its related services (collectively, the “Service”), which are offered to you by StoryTimeABC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of Service
The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, specifically designed for homeschooling communities and focuses on a reading book club for kids aged 6 to 12. StoryTimeABC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
To access some features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Service, including texts, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of StoryTimeABC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

In no event will StoryTimeABC, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.
10. General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Service will be in strict accordance with the StoryTimeABC Privacy Policy, with these Terms, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Service will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StoryTimeABC, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between StoryTimeABC and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of StoryTimeABC, or by the posting by StoryTimeABC of a revised version.
